板蓝根是十字花科植物菘蓝(Isatis indigotica Fort.)的干燥根,具有清热解毒、凉血消斑、利咽止痛之效,全国各地均有栽培。据栽培产地气候条件的不同,有地区兼收板蓝根与大青叶,有地区以收板蓝根为主。上世纪八十年代至今,板蓝根主产区由河北、安徽等地逐步迁移至黑龙江、甘肃等地。生产中的栽培种质主要依赖于种子市场及种植户的自发调配,缺乏系统选育品种。本研究收集了来自不同产区的10份板蓝根种质,在黑龙江泰来县、山西五寨县、北京海淀区三个地区种植,以收获板蓝根药材为考察对象,测定板蓝根的根长、上根粗、下根粗与折干率等农艺性状;测定每个小区每平米板蓝根的产量估算亩产量;测定板蓝根中 (R, S)-告依春、腺苷、多糖的含量,结合以上三个方面对10份板蓝根种质进行全面评价,以期为适应黑龙江和山西的板蓝根选育奠定基础。柴胡是伞形科北柴胡(Bupleurum chinense DC.)与狭叶柴胡(B. scorzonerifolium Willd.)的干燥根,具有疏散退热,疏肝解郁,升举阳气之效。自上世纪七八十年代开始种植,现在全国各地均有栽培。各地产区栽培类型不同,性状存在差异,实验收集来自不同产区的32份柴胡种质,统一在北京种植,对他们农艺性状与有效成分含量进行评价,为柴胡生产与育种提供参考。结果如下: 1、在黑龙江泰来地区,通过比较得到综合性状优良种质的2号与6号种质。两年间2号种质的平均产量,(R, S)-告依春以及多糖含量在10份种质中最高。6号种质两年平均产量,(R, S)-告依春含量仅次于2号种质。 2、在山西五寨地区,2号种质综合性状最为突出,两年平均产量,(R, S)-告依春含量以及多糖含量均居前列。4号与6号种质两年平均产量分位第二与第三,6号种质两年平均(R, S)-告依春含量位列第三,多糖含量位列第四,综合性状突出。2号与6号种质可以作为山西适应性品种。 3、山西五寨地区的产量高于黑龙江泰来地区。黑龙江泰来(R,S)-告依春平均含量高于山西泰来,多糖含量趋于一致。 4、通过板蓝根农艺性状与产量相关性研究发现,板蓝根产量与下根粗呈显著正相关。部分种质在某些性状上比较突出:在山西五寨,10号种质多糖含量最高,山西与黑龙江3号种质的腺苷含量均较高,是较好的育种亲本。 5、通过对32份柴胡种质的农艺性状以及有效成分含量测定,发现1份综合性状优良种质,5份个别性状突出种质。 关键词:板蓝根;柴胡;栽培种质;农艺性状;有效成分含量 |

Banlangen is the dried root of Isatis indigotica Fort., which has the effect of clearing heat and detoxification, cooling blood and eliminating spots, and relieving pain in the throat, and is cultivated all over the country Since the 1980s, the main production areas of Banlangen have gradually moved from Hebei and Anhui to Heilongjiang and Gansu. The Cultivated germplasm in production mainly relies on seed markets and spontaneous deployment by growers, and systematic selection of varieties is lacking. In this study, 10 Banlangen germplasm from different production areas were collected and grown in three regions, namely, Tai Lai County, Heilongjiang, Wuzhai County, Shanxi, and Haidian District, Beijing. After harvest, the agronomic traits such as root length, upper root width, lower root width, and folded dryness of Banlangen, the yield per square meter of S. platyphylla in each plot to estimate the mu yield, and the contents of (R, S)-Goitrin, adenosine, and polysaccharide in Banlangen were determined. A comprehensive evaluation of 10 Banlangen germplasm was carried out by combining the above three aspects with a view to laying the foundation for selection and breeding of Banlangen adapted to Heilongjiang and Shanxi. Chaihu is the dried root of Bupleurum chinense DC. and B. scorzonerifolium Willd. of the Umbelliferae family, which has the effect of dispersing fever, relieving depression and elevating Yang energy.. It has been cultivated since the 1970s and 1980s and is now cultivated throughout the country. The experiment also collected 32 germplasm of Chaihu from different production areas uniformly grown in Beijing, and evaluated their agronomic traits and active ingredient contents to provide reference for Chaihu production and breeding. The results were as follows. 1. The germplasm with excellent overall characteristics in Tailai County Heilongjiang Province was germplasm No. 2 and germplasm No. 6. The average yield, (R, S)-Goitrin content and polysaccharide content of germplasm No. 2 were the highest. The average yield, (R, S)-Goitrin content of germplasm No. 6 in two years was second only to germplasm No. 2. 2. In Wuzhai county Shanxi Province, germplasm No. 2 had the most outstanding comprehensive traits. The average yield, (R, S)-Goitrin content and polysaccharide content of the two-year replicates were outstanding. No. 4 and No. 6 ranked second and third in two-year average yield. The two-year average (R, S)-Goitrin content of No. 6 germplasm ranked third and the polysaccharide content ranked fourth, with outstanding overall characteristics. No. 2 and No. 6 germplasm can be used as alternative germplasm in Shanxi. 3. The yield of Shanxi Wuzhai region was higher than that of Heilongjiang Tailai region. The average content of (R,S)-Goitrin in Heilongjiang Tailai region was higher than that in Shanxi Tailai region, and the polysaccharide content tended to be the same. 4. The correlation between agronomic traits and yield of Banlangen was found that the yield of Banlangen was significantly and positively correlated with the lower root width. No. 10 had the highest polysaccharide content in Shanxi, and germplasm No. 3 had higher adenosine content in both Shanxi and Heilongjiang, which was the better breeding material. 5. By measuring the agronomic traits and the content of active ingredients of 32 Chaihu germplasms, one germplasm with excellent overall traits and five germplasms with outstanding individual traits were found. |
