目的：

本文旨在总结医学营养治疗（MNT）在糖尿病健康管理中的应用，并提出以价值为导向的创新策略，以指导临床实践和糖尿病患者个体化治疗，提高生活质量。同时，研究成果将为糖尿病的预防、控制和治疗提供科学依据。

方法：

本研究先通过检索中国知网数据库（CNKI）、万方数据库(Wanfang)、美国国立医学图书馆（PubMed）等多个数据库，筛选出2012年至2022年相关的文献，并按照主题进行分类汇总和统计分析。筛选标准是以2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，涉及采用医学营养治疗方法进行治疗，同时文献应有患者基本情况、治疗方案和疗效等内容的介绍。最后共纳入25篇文献进行系统性分析和汇总。

结果：

医学营养治疗（MNT）是糖尿病健康管理的基础，是在糖尿病病程中的任何阶段都必不可少的预防和治疗措施，通过对文献的汇总和分析，现将这些有效措施总结如下：

控制血糖：医学营养治疗可以帮助患者摄入适量的碳水化合物、蛋白质和脂质等营养物质，防止血糖波动和高血糖，有助于控制糖尿病。

减轻体重和改善脂质水平：糖尿病患者往往面临超重、肥胖、高血脂等问题，这会对疾病的管理和控制产生影响。医学营养治疗可以为患者制定个性化的饮食计划，帮助其控制体重和脂质水平，从而降低并发症的风险。

增强免疫力和预防感染：糖尿病患者的免疫力往往下降，容易感染。适当的医学营养治疗可以提高患者的营养摄入和免疫力，预防感染的发生，减轻疾病的严重程度。

Objective:

The purpose of this article is to summarize the application of medical nutrition therapy(MNT)in diabetes health management and propose innovative strategies driven by value to guide clinical practice and individualized treatment for diabetes patients,thereby improving their quality of life.At the same time,the research findings will provide scientific evidence for the prevention,control,and treatment of diabetes.

Methods:

This study initially searched for relevant literature from 2012 to 2022 in several databases, including CNKI, Wanfang, and PubMed. The literature was screened and classified based on themes, followed by a statistical analysis. The inclusion criteria were that the study involved type 2 diabetes patients receiving treatment using medical nutrition therapy, and the literature should introduce the basic information of patients, treatment plans, and therapeutic effects. Finally, 25 articles were included for systematic analysis and summary.

Results:

Medical nutrition therapy(MNT)is the foundation of diabetes health management,and an essential preventive and therapeutic measure at any stage of diabetes.Summarized and analyzed literature revealed the following results:

1.  Blood sugar control:Medical nutrition therapy can help patients to intake appropriate amounts of carbohydrates,proteins,and lipids to prevent blood sugar fluctuations and hyperglycemia,thus controlling diabetes.

2. Weight loss and lipid improvement:Diabetic patients often face problems such as overweight,obesity,and hyperlipidemia,which can affect disease management and control.Medical nutrition therapy can provide personalized dietary plans for patients to help control weight and lipid levels,thereby reducing the risk of complications.

3. Immunity enhancement and infection prevention:The immune system of diabetic patients tends to decline,making them susceptible to infections.Appropriate medical nutrition therapy can increase the patient's nutrient intake and immunity,preventing infections and reducing the severity of the disease.

4. Improving quality of life and self-management capabilities:Medical nutrition therapy not only controls the disease but also improves the patient's self-management capabilities and quality of life.Rational diet and nutritional intervention can help patients better adapt to diabetes,reduce anxiety and depression and enhance the patient's self-confidence and quality of life.

Conclusions:

Based on evidence-based medicine,medical nutrition therapy(MNT)plays a crucial role in diabetes health management,helping patients control blood sugar,lose weight,improve lipid levels,enhance immunity,prevent infection,improve quality of life,and self-management ability.If patients can actively cooperate with the doctor's treatment advice and management,adopt the correct dietary and nutrition intervention measures,and control diabetes,they can improve their quality of life significantly.
